Yu Liping, master degree, vice-professor, born in 1963-11-19, majored in Bachelor of Electric Automation in Zhejiang University of Technology from 1980 to 1 984,? and majored in Master of Management Information System in Economic Management School of Southwest Jiaotong University, did research projects in soft science institute of Southwest Jiaotong University during the period 1989-1993. did socio-economic survey and evaluation of the World Bank loan projects and the Asian Development Bank loan projects during the period 1994-2005, and has been doing teaching as well as socio-economic survey and evaluation in Public Management School of Southwest Jiaotong University Since 2005 to now.

Research experience: engaged in research work for 16 years, presided 4 resettlement monitoring and evaluation of World Bank loan projects and Asian Development Bank loan projects; researched 10 socio-economic survey and evaluation、resettlement action plan、resettlement monitoring of the World Bank loan projects and the Asian Development Bank loan projects; participated in research programs for more than 10 other projects. Has been invited 3 times as a expert of the Asian Development Bank ?technical assistance team, and participated in socio-economic evaluation and resettlement action plan for feasibility studies of 3 large-scale Asian Development Bank loan railway projects; has been invited 5 times to teach in resettlement training courses for World Bank loan project and the Asian Development Bank loan project.
