It is reported that the 11th National Intellectual Property Excellent Investigation and Research Report and outstanding Soft Research Achievement collection activity was sponsored by the State Intellectual Property Office. 210 works were submitted nationwide. The works were appraising from relevant Ministries and commissions of the State Council, local intellectual property bureaus, universities and research institutes, etc. The contents of the works involved the improvement of intellectual property policies and systems, the construction of a strong country in intellectual property, the research on the 14th five-year Plan of intellectual property, and the research on international hot issues. According to the selection criteria and procedures, 45 winning works were selected by the experts and the selection committee, among which 10 won the first prize, 15 won the second prize and 20 won the third prize.
